Our rectified spirit is distilled 100% from Polish potatoes. We guarantee the absence of cheaper additives, confirmed by C13 isotope testing.
We use multi-stage rectification to achieve maximum purity, a neutral aroma, and a mild, creamy flavor profile. The result is a food-grade ethanol with an extremely high purity level, rectified to at least 96% ABV.
During production, we take samples for ongoing chromatographic and organoleptic analysis to ensure a stable flavor profile and a consistently high-quality product, batch after batch.

Yes, we can. We distill the spirit from the potato variety you specify. Each type carries its own starch content, which shapes how the neutral spirit is produced and how it finally tastes. If the selected variety is not immediately available on the market, production can take from a month to even a year.
The rectification process itself takes place in several stages, under controlled conditions, using modern rectification columns to produce a clean rectified alcohol. However, the key aspect of our production is complete control over the preceding processes, such as fermentation and distillation.
